Last week this T5 came in as the van kept doing into limp mode. This was due to a combination of things, the turbo was faulty, the intercooler cooler was split and a boost pipe was worn out and not staying in place. When we put it on eat dyno it only made 115 bhp and 317nm ot torque but wouldn’t;t go over 2700 rpm.
Today we replaced the faulty parts for new parts and then when we Dyno’d it the van made 136 bhp and 347 nm of torque and no longer went into limp mode.
