In today was a T5 1.9 van originally a 102 bhp version however the owner fitted an ASZ engine from a Bora which is a 130 bhp at stock engine. This van smoked heavily, it was rough at idle and there was no control over the turbo as can be seen in the dyno print out. At stock this made 150 bhp and 332.5 nm of torque. Once we did all our checks and sent the file to Pendle we received a tuned version of it we Dyno’d it again. The idle was no spot on, there was hardly any smoke compared to how it was on arrival and more importantly the turbo was now under control.
