In today was a T5.1 180 bhp bi-turbo dsg van. These are very hit and miss, they either make full power at stock or they don’t. This was no exception, this made just 166 bhp and 358 nm of torque. This was partly due to a blocked DPF which were regen’d before tuning and also the use of cheap super market fuel. Once tuned this made 186.5 bhp and 387 nm of torque, these are gains of 20.5 bhp and 29 nm of torque. These are advertised as making 25 bhp and 30 nm so this is pretty much ion the button. If it starts lower it ends lower.
