Hi folks. After 3 hours with BT we got somewhere today, we are back online, they have reset everything their end, phones are now working (this was their new digital system too, when the landline rings so does my mobile) and it was all broken, but now it works. We have a number of vehicles in (T4’s) all waiting for parts and bits, it is becoming harder and harder to find parts for these so we are having to rely on after market or ebay for new parts adding to the cost. This isn’t out fault, VW are phasing out parts for these. If you don’t get through to us but are reading this, please email us, we always get back to people. Anyway, back to work in this lovely heat 🙂
