Yep, this 2005 T5 2.5 130 bhp van came in with a faulty turbo. Rather than fit the standard 130 bhp version the owner opted for the 174 bhp version. Sadly when we removed the turbo is was evident that the manifold had completely fallen apart, in fact part of it was stuck to the engine block when we removed it.
We fitted a new genuine manifold from VW and then the turbo then began the remapping process. At stock this made 134 bhp and 334.5 nm of torque but once tuned this made an awesome 214 bhp and 463 nm of super smooth Pendle torque. To book your van in like this click here www.bookaremap.com
