In today was a T4 2.5 102 bhp van. To start with we carry out a number of mods to make these perform better, one involves a mod to the MAF sensor and on removal of the MAF sensor it was half blocked with debris which meant the air into the turbo would have been reduced. Once we carried out our mods we dyno’d it and it made 111 bhp and 258 nm. Once tuned it made 127 bhp and 292nm of torque however we believe that the cat was blocked but on checking an aftermarket one was fitted. With a decat stainless steel system from our good friends and PPTuning (www.pptuning.co.uk) this would hit the mid 130’s.
