In this morning was a T4 1.9 td van that needed a new exhaust and tuning too as it was flat as a pancake. WE prepped the vehicle for tuning on the dyno then did the first dyno run which made 41 bhp and 109 nm of torque. What we found was that this was a rebuilt fuel pump, the tell tale marks of red paint on the screws etc confirmed this. This had been replaced at some point but maybe not set up properly as the idle was a bit low. So we set about tweaking this and we are pleased to say this made an amazing 97.5 bhp and 244 nm of torque.
