This nice T4 1.9 td was strapped down to our dyno for a spot on tuning today. The owner had fitted an intercooler and this helped in producing some outstanding figures from it. These are usually 69 bhp and 140 nm of torque but at stock before we touched it (please note that the owner had tweaked it a bit) the power output was 85 bhp and 176 nm but once tweaked by us it made an impressive 105 bhp and 213 nm of torque.
These are gains of 25% bhp and 21% more torque than when it arrived or 52% more bhp and 52% more torque that it was at stock.
Amazing results from this van, no smoke, idle below 950 and running like a dream.
