Sadly today we had one of those vans that needs some TLC in. This came in for a remap but on inspection we noticed that the intercooler had blown. We got one in and replaced it then strapped it to the dyno. During the initial testing we noticed that the turbo was all over the place and not safe to tune. The data log shows us what is wring and the dyno print confirms it. Some tuning companies would go ahead tuning his but we wouldn’t. This needs a new turbo before we can complete the remap.
