Comprehensive Setup and Pre-Tune Health Check

Before any tuning begins, our team ensures the vehicle’s software is fully up to date with the latest version available from VW. This standard procedure is crucial to avoid any surprises during the tuning process. The Volkswagen T5.1 was then subjected to an initial dyno run on our state-of-the-art Maha MSR500 rolling road, where it demonstrated a solid 122 bhp and 259.5 nm of torque. This step is vital for establishing a baseline from which improvements can be measured.

Expert Tuning for Optimal Performance

Following the baseline measurements, our experienced technicians began the meticulous tuning process. Adjustments included a DPF regeneration, adaptation of the turbo and EGR actuator, and tuning of the DSG gearbox for models equipped with one. With the enhanced Pendle software, the T5.1’s performance was elevated to an impressive 162 bhp and 318 nm of torque, all achieved without the need for additional hardware modifications. This showcases our commitment to achieving significant enhancements through software alone, ensuring each vehicle is calibrated to perform at its best.
