Today we have made a decision of careful consideration not to carry out any more repairs on broken vehicles, we will be limiting what we do to serviceable type work such as clutches, cambelts, brakes, servicing etc.

The reason for this is simple but we also find it a bit sad. We are beginning to see a rise in vehicles coming in to us with pre-existing faults and when we fix that fault another pops up or something else fails. We are then being blamed for the faults or for the new faults found etc.

We are not prepared to do this type of work anymore because it’s too stressful for us and life is way too short for us to be shouted at and abused because your vehicle has a problem.

So with immediate effect we will be turning away work on vehicles with faults and problems.
