We had two T4’s in today, one was an 88bhp and the other a 102bhp. The 102 has a blocked cat and we suspect the egr and intake is clogged up too. The 88 had been remapped before and the smoke levels were awful, there was tons of smoke out of this.
The 102 started out with 109 bhp and 254nm of torque but once tuned this made 121 bhp and 281nm. The cat is blocked and the egr is no doubt full of crud so we will get this back, sort those issues and run it again on the dyno.
The 88 bhp van was remapped before and poured with smoke, this made 107 bhp and 232 nm of torque but once tuned it made 112 bhp and 257 nm of torque and had hardly any smoke after as well. Better power and no smoke, perfect for this van. To book your van in click here www.bookaremap.com
